NP Hotel Group Website

Project Overview:

A scalable corporate website was developed for NP Hotel Group to unify multiple hotel properties under a single digital platform. The website was designed to strengthen the group's online presence, streamline direct bookings, support recruitment initiatives, and provide a flexible content management system capable of accommodating future business growth.

The Challenge:

Unlike a traditional hotel website, the platform was required to support multiple business functions beyond accommodation bookings. Individual hotel properties, recruitment, content marketing, and third-party booking integrations all needed to operate within a single WordPress installation while remaining intuitive for both visitors and administrators.

Future hotel properties also needed to be added without requiring redevelopment.

Website Architecture:

Each hotel property was implemented as a Custom Post Type, allowing administrators to publish additional locations directly from the CMS.

Branding:

The visual identity of NP Hotel Group was established to reflect a modern, professional, and trustworthy hospitality brand. A clean corporate design language was implemented throughout the website, balancing elegance with usability to create a premium digital experience for prospective guests.

The brand palette was centered around deep navy blue and warm gold tones, conveying sophistication, reliability, and comfort. Typography combined the classic character of Cinzel for headings with the readability of Futura for body content, creating a refined visual hierarchy while maintaining accessibility across all devices.

Photography was positioned as a key storytelling element, with high-quality imagery used to highlight hotel interiors, amenities, dining experiences, and surrounding destinations. A structured layout, generous whitespace, and carefully balanced content sections were employed to reinforce the group's professional image while guiding users naturally through the booking journey.

The overall visual direction was inspired by contemporary hospitality websites, delivering a polished and scalable design system that supports both the corporate brand and its individual hotel properties.

Hotel Management System:

One of the core requirements was the creation of a scalable hotel management system.

A seamless booking experience was implemented using the Viato booking engine.

The platform was developed to allow internal teams to independently manage website content.
