Times Course Finder (TCF) is an established platform that helps students discover, compare, and apply to international university programs. Despite its extensive database and partnerships, TCF suffered from an outdated design, slow performance, and low engagement. The objective was to redesign the platform end-to-end; improving navigation, search clarity, speed, mobile experience, and SEO performance. The goal: make it the world’s most intuitive course discovery engine. ## Our Design & Development Process The project followed a structured, iterative methodology: ### 1. Discovery & Research - 25+ user interviews - Heuristic analysis - Competitive analysis across 6 platforms - Identification of pain points and opportunity gaps ### 2. Information Architecture - Card sorting exercises - Redesigned site structure - User flows for 8 key scenarios ### 3. UI/UX Design - Wireframes → Prototypes → High-fidelity mockups - 3 rounds of usability testing ### 4.
