Our liability is limited as follows: • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question • We are not responsible for third-party services or content • Users assume responsibility for their use of our services This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Service termination is governed as follows: • Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in service agreements • We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms • Upon termination, users must cease all use of our services • Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination • We are not obligated to provide refunds for early termination unless specified in service agreements

These terms are governed by: • German law, specifically the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect • These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of our services
