Introduction
THE ROOT INSTITUTE is a Hamburg institute for PRP treatment of the hair and scalp. Its website is the public face of that work: one German page that explains the treatment, states its limits, shows the prices, and gives a way to book a consultation, call, or write.
The homepage opens with the line “Gesundes Haar beginnt an der Wurzel” and carries the visitor from what PRP is, through who it may suit and how long results take, to the cost and the contact details. An imprint and a privacy page sit beside it. Fonts, the map, and the booking window load only after the visitor agrees.
About the Client
HE ROOT INSTITUTE is a Hamburg institute for PRP treatment aimed at hair roots and the scalp. The company is THE ROOT INSTITUTE UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by managing director Sunja Amiri. Its public line is Hair · Health · Regeneration.
People are seen by appointment at Eppendorfer Landstraße 21, 20249 Hamburg. The registered office is Johnsallee 19, 20148 Hamburg. On the site the institute can be reached by phone, at [email protected], and on Instagram as @theroot.institute.
Why the Root Institute exists?
People arrive with a personal question: is PRP right for their kind of hair loss, what does it cost, and what should they expect. The website exists to answer that before an appointment.
It gives THE ROOT INSTITUTE a clear public address in German. It explains the treatment in plain language, puts the suitable cases next to the limits, and shows the prices. From the same page a visitor can book a consultation, call, or write. The imprint, the privacy notice, and the cookie choice are there because a German company site needs them.
Website Structure
The homepage is read downward. Cream and white sections alternate so the long page stays easy to follow. Terracotta appears once, as a short trust bar. Two charcoal sections carry the heavier material: the timeline, and the longer explanation of hair loss. The footer returns to charcoal.

Everything a visitor needs in order to decide is on the homepage, as anchors. The imprint and the privacy note are separate documents. Booking, Instagram, phone, email, and the map step outside the site.
Branding
The mark is the name. THE ROOT is set in a high-contrast serif, and the two O letters interlock. That join is the only symbol. INSTITUTE sits underneath in the same bronze, with wide letter-spacing. There is no leaf, no hair strand, and no medical cross. Pages sit on a warm off-white. Text is charcoal. Terracotta is reserved for the things a person can do, for the italic word inside a headline, and for the trust bar. The bronze of the logo stays with the mark. Headlines are Playfair Display. Interface text, navigation, and buttons are DM Sans. Corners stay square. The voice follows four values already written on the about section: personal care, safety, naturalness, and transparency. The public tagline stays in English. The rest of the site is German.
